After checkout once the order is confirmed we will send you a notification via email. During Peak Season/ Final Sale Season, the Processing Time will take longer than usual, especially some of the high demand products. We need to put customers in queue and request the product from our warehouse. It might take up to 10 - 15 days (during Peak Season/ Final Sale Season) before sending out.
Please note if you choose DHL/ Fedex/ UPS shipping profile that ensure you will receive your purchases the fastest, but that does not include the Processing Time as stated.
As soon as the item is shipped from our Sorting and Distribution Centre, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number.
Also note that at the moment, we DO NOT offer Free Return. Customers are responsible to ship the product(s) back to our warehouse for Refund or Size Exchange.
